Does anyone have any quick remedies for a head cold my nose is running like a tap and apart from plugging up it just runs out ewww. i cant swallow tablets so buying anything over the counter at the chemist is out. thankyou for all replies jenny

Hi Jenafer7 apparently Lemsip is great! And it's not pills, they are sachets and apparently work really effectively, you can get it at the supermarket. Hope you get better soon.

It's probably not much help right now, but I find that cooking with garlic regularly seems to help a great deal. I put garlic on almost every meat meal I cook - tastes great and really seems to help.
